2. What data we collect

Through the quotation request form we collect: company name, contact person, business email, phone number, country, equipment category, product, quantity, technical requirements, project name, required delivery date and any files you attach. We also record the date of the request and, in anonymised form, the IP address used to protect the form against abuse.

If you write to us by email or phone, we process the data you give us in that communication.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

We use your data to answer your request, prepare technical and commercial offers, coordinate with manufacturers where this is needed to quote, and manage any resulting order. The legal basis is your consent when you send the form and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives your data

Your data is processed by ESCA staff. To prepare a quotation we may share the technical details of your request with the manufacturers concerned, only to the extent necessary. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf as data processors. We do not transfer data to other third parties unless required by law.

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, and the website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. These services are provided by Google, which may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep requests and attached files while we handle them. If no order follows, we delete them after 12 months. If an order follows, we keep the data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@escaco.es and tell us which right you want to exercise.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

Files you upload are stored outside the public area of the website, with access restricted to ESCA. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
